John Holland Morse

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the unexpected passing of CMAA NCC’s Past President and dear friend, John Holland Morse, on Saturday, June 25th, 2022.

John was a tremendous leader who drove the construction management industry with passion, dedication, and kindness. John was an ATCS, PLC owner who successfully led several large P3/design-build projects along major interstate corridors, including I-495 and I-95. He also served as the lead consultant for the VDOT $3B Transform 66 corridor program in Northern Virginia and was a key consultant for the Maryland P3 Traffic Relief Program for Maryland SHA.

He was an active member of the CMAA National Chapter (NCC) and CMAA National throughout his career; he served as President of CMAA NCC in 2020-2021, and remained strategically involved with their operations while continuously focusing on building connections with universities to foster educational opportunities for students. 

Please join us in remembering John Holland Morse for his contributions to CMAA NCC, CMAA National, and our industry. We will all miss our co-worker and dear friend who always provided sound guidance and leadership.
