Cancellations by CMAA

Online Event Cancellation

In the event that CMAA NCC cancels an event for unforeseen circumstances,  registration fees will be refunded in full, or applied to the next event. Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents CMAA from continuing with an event. 

In-Person Event Cancellation

In the event that CMAA NCC cancels an in-person event for unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be applied to the next event.

Refund Requests from Registrants

Online Event Refund Policy

Refunds are available to online registrants who cancel 24 hours before RSVP deadline.   This will allow us to provide that space to others.

In-Person Event Refund Policy

A deadline specific to the event will be established before which registrants may cancel and have their registration fees applied to the next event.

In-Person Fundraiser Refund Policy

A deadline specific to the event will be established before which registrants may cancel and only forego the direct contribution amount associated with the fundraiser.

Shipping Policy

When does CMAA NCC ship items?

Orders are shipped Monday- Friday. If your order is shipping via UPS or FedEx, the order must be received by 11 a.m. EST to ship out the same business day. If your order is shipping via USPS, it must be received by 9 a.m. East Coast Time to ship out the same business day.
